Uncle Henry’s Jalapeño & Cheese Snack Sticks
Uncle Henry’s Bacon Cheddar Snack Sticks
Assorted cheeses (sharp cheddar, pepper jack)
Crackers, pretzels & grainy mustard
Pickles, olives & mixed nuts

Method

Slice a few snack sticks on the bias and leave the rest whole for height and variety.
Cube or slice the cheeses and set them at opposite corners of the board.
Fan the crackers and pretzels in between, then tuck in small bowls of mustard, pickles, and olives.
Fill any gaps with nuts and the whole snack sticks. Serve and watch it disappear.
